Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the darting gear or apparel you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring that all flights, shafts, and accessories are included and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any old delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment to confirm it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
